Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Items must be free of perfumes or other scents.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@moetiquecollections.com with your order number.
- We will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization and shipping label.
- Pack your items securely and attach the return shipping label.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
